Job Title: Clinical Integration Specialist
Location: Remote
Contract length: 6 months
Schedule: Fulltime, M-F
Pay: $30/hr to $33.86/hr, DOE

Job Overview:
Seeking a full-time contingent Clinical Integration Specialist to support the Medical Affairs team, primarily focused on downstream material review (clinical content review). This is a six-month contract to start, with strong potential for extension and possible conversion to permanent based on performance and business need. The team is currently experiencing a high volume of review work and requires immediate support.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Review marketing and clinical materials for scientific accuracy
  • Validate clinical claims against robust scientific evidence
  • Ensure statements are properly substantiated
  • Represent Medical Affairs during content review processes
  • Serve as the US stakeholder entry point for review workflow

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum Master’s degree in science or clinical field
  • Strong academic background with ability to critically evaluate peer-reviewed research
  • Deep understanding of scientific evidence validation
  • Experience conducting literature searches and synthesizing clinical findings into clear, intelligent summaries
  • Ability to work independently as an individual contributor
  • Proven ability to drive projects to completion while collaborating with global teams across multiple time zones.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (World, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, Teams and SharePoint
  • Strong interest in technology-enabled solutions, including GenAI platforms, to support process and departmental improvements

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Medical writing background
  • Experience with clinical label/material review
  • Exposure to regulatory or claims substantiation processes
  • Note: Academic rigor is more important than years of industry experience.
