2+ years of Supply Chain related work
Excel - Pivot Table, Lookups, Formulas
Experience interacting with Contract teams, Procurement, Operations teams

Preferred:
Renewables/Oil & Gas industry experience
 

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support a critical annual compliance initiative tied to 45Z Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) tax credits across four operational sites. This project-focused role plays a key part in validating vendor labor data and wage compliance to ensure eligibility for federal tax incentives.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys investigative analysis, working with operational documentation, and leveraging Excel to drive accurate, defensible reporting.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support the annual 45Z tax credit compliance project for four RNG sites

  • Review and analyze site sign-in sheets and contractor records to identify:

    • Vendors who performed work onsite

    • Individual workers and their associated companies

    • Scope and timing of work performed

  • Cross-reference vendor and labor data with purchase orders and other supply chain documentation

  • Compare reported wages to federal prevailing wage requirements (which are periodically updated) to ensure compliance

  • Conduct data analysis in Excel to identify common vendors across sites and flag potential compliance gaps

  • Assist with follow-up investigations where documentation is incomplete or discrepancies are identified

  • Organize and maintain structured documentation to support audit readiness


Qualifications
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data sorting, filtering, lookups, and basic analysis required)

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Clear and professional communication skills

  • Ability to work independently on a deadline-driven project

  • Experience reviewing purchase orders, vendor documentation, or supply chain records preferred

  • Background in supply chain, operations, compliance, accounting, or finance is a plus
