Design Producer
Location: Hybrid onsite schedule in CUP
Schedule: 40 hours
Duration: 6 months with potential to extend
Pay: $72-$74.64 DOE

The Planet Group is looking for Design Producer to join our well-known Fortune 500 client on a 6-month contract, working a hybrid schedule for candidate based out of Cupertino, CA.

Design Producer | Qualifications:

  • Self-starter, self-motivated, and able to work independently, performing multiple tasks under minimal supervision.
  • Connect dots across work streams, anticipate how decisions are made, and work collaboratively with partners and stakeholders.

Design Producer | Description:

  • Initiate and run multiple concurrent projects, across various products and releases with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
  • Drive tight alignment of activities across teams through cross-functional planning and strong communication.
  • Organize and lead design brainstorms and workshops, coordinate and facilitate meetings and design discussions.
  • Gather key ideas, decisions, issues, and action items in succinct and clear meeting notes.
  • Track and report project health on a weekly basis, including communicating status and impending or projected results.
  • Anticipate challenges and formulate plans to unblock the team and move projects forward.
  • Negotiate priorities for the design team given limited resources and an aggressive schedule.
  • Manage cross functional relationships and partnerships while representing design team.
  • Ensure timely handoff of design specs to engineering.
  • Review builds to ensure design integrity has remained intact during implementation.
  • Improve processes and communications in an ever-changing, fast-paced working environment.
