ERP Administrator / Epicor Eclipse
Our client is a well-established, employee-focused organization with a strong reputation for culture, stability, and long-term growth. Following a recent departure, they are moving quickly to add an experienced ERP Administrator to support and enhance their Epicor Eclipse environment.
This is a fully remote opportunity where you’ll play a critical role supporting multiple Eclipse instances, partnering closely with IT leadership and business stakeholders across finance, operations, and distribution. - Support and optimize multiple Epicor Eclipse (Eterm & Solar) environments, including one highly customized instance
- Partner with business leaders to analyze requirements and align ERP functionality with operational goals
- Oversee ERP upgrades, enhancements, migrations, and ongoing support initiatives
- Collaborate on reporting, business intelligence, and data warehouse needs
- Monitor system performance and proactively address user and system issues
- Coordinate ERP-related requests through the help desk and contribute to system design decisions
- Communicate status, risks, and priorities clearly to IT leadership
- Stay current on ERP, distribution, and technology trends
- 3+ years of hands-on Epicor Eclipse experience (required)
- ERP experience within wholesale distribution or a similar environment
- Strong understanding of ERP implementations, upgrades, and enterprise system support
- Experience supporting integrations with platforms such as CRM, HRIS, or web systems
- Proven ability to manage ERP-related projects and collaborate across teams
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux and/or Windows Server administration
- Exposure to BI tools or data warehouse initiatives
- Experience supporting highly customized ERP environments
