NetSuite Manufacturing Functional Lead
Perm / Direct Hire near Phoenix, AZ

Are you a NetSuite expert who knows manufacturing from the ground up? Our client, a leader in the manufacturing sector, is seeking a NetSuite Manufacturing Functional Consultant to take full ownership of their manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, and fulfillment processes within NetSuite. This newly created role is your chance to bridge real-world operations with powerful system solutions and make a tangible impact from day one
Daily Responsibilities:
- Leading NetSuite functional support for manufacturing and fulfillment operations
- Evaluating current NetSuite configuration and identifying gaps or inefficiencies
- Providing actionable recommendations to optimize system usage and process alignment
- Configuring NetSuite to support production planning, inventory accuracy, and operational workflows
- Partnering with warehouse managers and internal stakeholders to translate operational needs into NetSuite solutions
- Training end users and creating streamlined workflows, documentation, and process guidance
- Troubleshooting issues and improving user adoption, confidence, and efficiency
Qualifications:
- Strong functional expertise with NetSuite manufacturing modules
- Hands-on experience configuring and supporting NetSuite in manufacturing environments
- Deep understanding of inventory management, costing, units of measure, and work order workflows
- Practical manufacturing and supply chain experience with warehouse and fulfillment operations
- Proven ability to communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders and end users
- Highly prescriptive, able to recommend best practices and system optimizations independently
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
Nice-to-Haves:
- Prior experience leading NetSuite optimization or post-implementation stabilization projects
- Exposure to multi-site manufacturing operations
- Experience creating NetSuite process documentation and end-user training materials
