GROWTH OPERATIONS - JOURNEY BUILDER
Location: Cupertino, CA
Schedule: 40 hours
Duration: 12 months with potential to extend
Pay: $83-$85 DOE
The Planet Group is looking for a GROWTH OPERATIONS - JOURNEY BUILDER to join our well-known Fortune 500 client on a 12-month contract, working a hybrid schedule based out Cupertino, CA
GROWTH OPERATIONS - JOURNEY BUILDER Qualifications:
- 5 - 7 years of lifecycle marketing experience building and launching acquisition and engagement initiatives.
- BA/BS preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with CRM or ESP platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud/ExactTarget, Braze, Oracle Responsys
- High aptitude for logical reasoning and critical thinking.
- Experience in SQL preferred.
- Exhibit high attention to detail and organization to deliver quality projects in a timely manner
- Innovator who is proactive, thoughtful and resourceful with a willingness to tackle ambiguity and roadblocks.
- Ability to react calmly to curveballs, come up with contingency plans, make judgment calls and pivot as needed under pressure in an evolving environment
- Team player mentality with strong consideration for impact on team members
- Effective communication skills in all mediums—from slack and email to presentations.
GROWTH OPERATIONS - JOURNEY BUILDER Description:
- Developing, testing, and deploying customer journeys. This involves assessing product and strategy objectives, platform capabilities and data needs.
- Collaborating and communicating clearly and effectively with stakeholders given the complexities of global large-scale projects, ensuring that operational plans, deliverables and risks are properly addressed and aligned.
- Monitoring campaign performance for operational integrity and identifying and communicating issues to internal teams.
- Identifying key opportunities of improvement in campaign performance, operational efficiency and processes, and product tooling.
- Building a knowledge portal of best practices and playbooks that serve as a reference and training resource.
