Content Strategist
Location: Hybrid onsite in CULVER CITY, CA
Schedule: 40 hours
Duration: 7 months with potential to extend
Pay: $121-$123.80/hr, DOE
The Planet Group is looking for a Content Strategist to join our well-known Fortune 500 client on a 6-month contract. The role requires the candidate to work hybrid onsite in CULVER CITY, CA.
Content Strategist Qualifications:
- Have experience in content strategy, content planning, editorial concept development, with the ability to craft and manage a monthly release schedule of new content informed by data and cultural insight.
- Experience working closely with visual creatives and be able to discuss the nuances of photography and design.
- 10 years of experience working in content strategy or a related field, with the ability to work independently, collaborate with creative and production partners, and manage the day to day needs of a cross functional workstream.
Content Strategist Description:
- Oversee the ongoing editorial programming of images, graphics, and all other content within a growing library of royalty free assets made available to productivity and creativity app users.
- Development of concepts, themes and content collections, as well as managing a content calendar and scheduled releases of new content
- Evaluating internal analytics, industry data, trends and cultural/ current events to create best in class content plans and editorial calendars.
- Collaboration with creative partners — including art directors, designers, and photography directors — will be an important part of the role.
