Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service - Scheduling
Location: Asheboro, NC 27203
Contract length: 3-month Contract 
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Pay: $20/hr - $23.33/hr

Customer Service - Scheduling Qualifications 
  • High School Diploma / GED preferred
  • Experience in waste or recycling industry preferred
  • Desire to have direct customer contact & provide high level of customer service
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to use sound judgment and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to collaborate and build effective relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to follow detailed oral and written instructions
  • Ability to effectively communicate at all levels both orally and in written form
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Customer Service - Scheduling Description
  • Maintain communication, both verbally and electronically, efficiently and professionally
  • Build positive working relationship to ensure client satisfaction
  • Help clients schedule material into Client facilities
  • Assist clients with approval numbers, for proper handling
  • Collaborate across departments to resolve issues with the different schedules
  • Resolve issues with facility for unscheduled loads
  • Help resolve rejected load issues between client and facility
  • Act as liaison between client, and facility
  • Collaborate internally & provide resolutions to clients effectively
  • Analyze needs, recognize potential issues, research alternatives, and provide solutions
  • Respond to client feedback and address service complaints promptly with tier SSM and CSS
  • Contact 3rd party transportation for clients when needed
  • Emails and email explanations to clients, facilities and sales proficiently
  • Manage schedules based on facility needs and capabilities
