Prophet 21 Specialist/Analyst
Our client, a market-leading distribution organization, is undertaking a critical ERP migration initiative and is seeking a laser-focused Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) expert to step in as the face of P21 across the business. This is a high-visibility, business-critical role where your expertise will directly influence operational success, system performance, and long-term scalability.

- Serve as the primary P21 subject matter expert, supporting daily operations, troubleshooting, and optimization
- Lead and support a P21 migration and multiple system integrations, ensuring seamless data flow and minimal disruption
- Manage ERP enhancements, customizations, upgrades, and new feature rollouts
- Act as the key liaison between IT and business teams, translating requirements into technical solutions
- Design, develop, and maintain reports and BI solutions to support data-driven decision-making
- Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries, stored procedures, and reports
- Partner with stakeholders to evaluate system performance and implement process improvements
- Develop training materials and provide hands-on support to end users across the organization
- Deep, hands-on experience with Epicor Prophet 21 (on-prem)
- Proven experience with ERP migrations and system integrations
- Strong SQL and reporting expertise (SSRS experience highly valued)
- Solid understanding of business processes within distribution or similar environments
- Ability to communicate clearly, build relationships, and serve as the trusted face of P21
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or equivalent experience
- API and integration experience
- BI tools, Web Query, Analytics, or related reporting platforms
- Exposure to VMware or virtualized environments
- Project management and change management experience
- Mission-critical role with executive visibility
- Direct ownership of a major ERP migration initiative
