Role Overview

The Senior Data Solutions Manager will lead the design, development, and management of data and decision-support products—including dashboards, reports, and analytical queries—within a designated functional domain. This role serves as the primary liaison for business stakeholders, translating requirements into scalable data solutions while collaborating with a Data & Analytics Center of Excellence for advanced modeling and visualization. The ideal candidate combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution and thrives in fast-paced, agile environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business units to identify data needs and deliver actionable solutions
  • Design and implement dashboards, reports, and analytics to improve KPIs
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure ERP data integration
  • Manage data governance and ensure compliance with standards
  • Lead projects from requirements gathering through delivery and adoption
  • Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders to demonstrate value
  • Stay current on emerging technologies and best practices in data analytics
Required Qualifications
  • BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
  • 7–10 years of IT professional experience (minimum 5 strong years acceptable)
  • 7+ years in Data/Analytics roles
  • 3+ years supporting ERP data products for Marketing, Finance, HR, or Legal functions—or direct experience in these areas within CPG
  • Proven ability to improve business KPIs through analytics
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI, Business Objects, and Analysis for Office
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to deliver measurable business value through data solutions
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA (CDS Views, BTP, SAC, Fiori)
  • Familiarity with SAP ECC data architecture (BW, HANA)
  • Exposure to advanced analytics and data science techniques (Python, predictive forecasting)
  • Knowledge of Generative AI solutions for decision-making
Industry Requirement
  • MUST have Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) background
