Job Description


Pay: $45-52/hr

Overview:
  • Participates in, and conducts company training programs.
  • Monitors and reports the effectiveness of training on employees during the orientation period and for career development.
  • May be involved in initial plan design and existing plan enhancements.
  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
  • Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Performs a variety of tasks.
  • Works under general supervision; typically reports to a manager.
  • A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.

Qualifications:
  • Experienced application training specialist who has experience training in-person and virtually customer information and billing systems and also has experience in training material development.
  • Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area and 5-7 years of training experience
  • Background in change management would be good, not facilitating it but at least taking part in it.
  • Microsoft Word/PowerPoint skills 
  • Virtual presentation skills is required - over Teams. Will also have onsite trainings
  • If no degree than they need to have more experience to supplement.
