Business Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:
  • Monitor, analyze and report web traffic, onsite behavior and business trends/KPIs e.g., engagement, conversion rates, and web attributed revenue; perform one-offer analyses as needed to understand and explain business trends and/or isolate anomalies
  • Develop, evolve reporting dashboards of web traffic, referral sites, user journeys, visitor on-site behavior and engagement trends, conversion paths, audience segments, and marketing channel trends; report findings via easy-to-understand data visualizations
  • Leverage analyses to identify web page and page component candidates for enhancement, optimization
  • Regularly update Marketing leadership and cross functional stakeholders re: traffic, behavior and business trends async via reports, decks 
  • Work with cross-functional teams to implement best-of-breed campaign tracking, segmentation and measurement frameworks - and to ensure analytics measurements are in-sync across DBX data sources
  • Stay current with latest trends in web analytics platforms and techniques, data visualization, data and behavioral modeling, data technology, etc.
Key Qualifications:   
  • 4+ years experience in a quantitative discipline and experience analyzing and understanding on-site, user engagement and e-commerce/shopping behavior trends
  • Demonstrably strong analytical skills and a track record of deriving actionable insights and testable hypotheses from website behavior and business data
  • Expert querying, mining/manipulating, and analyzing large data sets using SQL
  • Expert-level understanding of, and extensive hands-on experience with, Adobe Analytics 
  • Extensive experience understanding, communicating potential impact of web experience details (e.g., features descriptions, interfaces) on user take-rates and use experience satisfaction
  • Knowledge and interest in acquisition campaign tactics and marketing channels such as SEM, display, and email; deep familiarity with UTM parameters that allow for accurate campaign tracking and measurement
Education:    
  • Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Math,   Engineering, Economics, Marketing, Business, or related discipline
