This is a high-breadth, operations-focused role requiring strong communication, organization, and the ability to coordinate across multiple internal stakeholders. The position is not project management, but rather day-to-day community operations and enablement support.

    • Route questions and escalations to appropriate internal teams (Product, Support, Customer Success, Marketing) and ensure follow-up
    • Publish and maintain core community content such as announcements, FAQs, and pinned resources aligned to a content calendar
  • Process & Documentation
    • Document and maintain community processes, SOPs, and operational workflows (moderation, escalation, content publishing, webinar support)
    • Identify gaps in existing processes and recommend improvements to support scale and operational clarity
  • Operational Continuity & Transition Support
    • Support continuity of an existing customer community during a leadership transition

    • Surface recurring themes, sentiment, and user issues from community activity
    • Track engagement trends and flag risks or opportunities to the community lead
Community Operations Specialist Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in community management, customer advocacy, customer success, or related role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience creating and maintaining SOPs, documentation, or operational processes
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
