Power Platform / Dynamics CE Analyst
(Preferred: Copilot exposure)
Location: Open to 100% Remote - DFW (TX) preferred but open
Overview
We are seeking a Power Platform and Copilot Analyst to support business analysis and quality assurance for solutions built on Power Platform, CoPilot and Dynamics 365 CE/CRM. This role focuses on requirements clarity, testing, UAT support, and issue triage to ensure high-quality, business-aligned solutions.
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders and product teams to clarify requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Support user acceptance testing by fielding questions, performing initial issue triage, and coordinating resolutions
- Review requirements and design artifacts to ensure testability and alignment with business needs
- Create and execute detailed test cases for features, releases, and defects
- Identify defects, validate fixes, and recommend design or process improvements
- Maintain requirement traceability from user stories through testing outcomes
- Contribute to test automation efforts by creating or maintaining automated test scripts
- Use Azure DevOps for backlog alignment, test management, and defect tracking
- Participate in agile ceremonies and support continuous improvement of delivery practices
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, quality assurance/testing, or analyst roles
- 2+ years of hands-on experience withDynamics 365 CE/CRM
- Strong experience working in agile delivery environments
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps
- Experience writing user stories and defining clear acceptance criteria
- Skilled in testing, troubleshooting, and solution validation
- Experience with test automation tools and writing test scripts
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Exposure to Copilot or AI-enabled features within Microsoft platform
- Preferred, not required: Experlogix experience
- Exposure to Copilot or AI-enabled features within Microsoft platform
- Power Platform or Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications
- Familiarity with Power Platform tools including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
