P2P Data Migration Specialist
Contract: 3 months plus possible extension
Location: Bridgewater, NJ
Pay range: $41-$46.39/hr. DOE

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Specialist to support a critical financial system transformation initiative. In this role, you will play a key part in the successful migration and conversion of financial data from legacy systems to a new enterprise platform. Acting as a liaison between the P2P team, IT, and implementation partners, you will help ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance throughout the migration process.

The ideal candidate will bring experience in accounts payable, supplier management, or P2P operations, along with a strong understanding of global banking and tax compliance documentation. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys working in a project-driven environment and contributing to large-scale business transformation efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
  • 5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, Supplier Management, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), or a related finance function.
  • Experience supporting ERP or accounting system implementations, upgrades, or data migrations strongly preferred.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis functions.
  • Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, project-oriented environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
