- Experience working in Agile environments, including backlog management and sprint execution
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions and prioritize work
- Familiarity with workflow management, task management, or communications platforms is a strong plus
- Experience supporting field operations, retail systems, or franchise environments

- Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related field (MBA or advanced degree a plus)
Responsibilities:

- Identify opportunities to simplify store operations and improve efficiency through digital solutions
- Field Operations Enablement
- Build tools that support Area Leaders and field teams in planning, executing, and tracking store visits and operational activities
- Improve workflow efficiency by reducing manual effort, fragmentation, and redundant processes across systems
- Partner with operations stakeholders to deeply understand store and field pain points and translate them into scalable solutions
- Workflow & Systems Innovation

- Ensure the right information reaches the right users at the right time through scalable and intuitive solutions
- Partner with internal teams and vendors on communications platform selection, integration, and rollout
- Stakeholder Management & Execution
- Act as the primary point of contact across operations, product, tech, and leadership stakeholders
- Facilitate alignment across diverse teams, ensuring clarity on priorities, timelines, and tradeoffs
- Clearly articulate product decisions, roadmap updates, and outcomes to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Product Delivery & Agile Execution
- Write and refine user stories, manage backlog grooming, and participate in sprint planning and execution
- Work closely with engineering and design to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions
- Lead testing, rollout, and adoption efforts for new features and enhancements
- Data, Insights & Continuous Improvement
