Job Description
QA Engineer - Must have hands-on experience testing Dynamics CRM
Duration - 6+ months contract to hire
Location - Remote - CST hours
Rate - 45-52/hour W2

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Dynamics QA Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem. In this pivotal role, you will conduct comprehensive functional testing, oversee system integration testing, and review third-party testing deliverables. Your expertise will help us maintain seamless operations across various modules and external platforms, contributing to the overall success of our projects. Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in software QA/testing
- 3+ years directly testing Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Deep understanding of D365 user interfaces, configurations, and business process flows
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps for test planning, execution, and defect management
- Experience in functional and system integration testing
- Strong documentation, review, and communication skills
- Ability to review and improve vendor test assets and ensure alignment with business needs
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with test automation tools like Selenium, EasyRepro, or Power Platform automation frameworks
- Knowledge of low-code/no-code automation suites such as Power Automate Desktop, Leapwork, or TestProject
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation best practices
- Experience supporting UAT processes and defect triage
