Job Description
The Senior Director, FP&A will lead enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting, revenue and margin analysis, and strategic business partnership across SaaS and BPaaS business lines. Reporting to the SVP of Finance, this role will serve as a key finance leader driving strategic decision-making, operational performance, and long-range growth initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and executive reporting
  • Partnering cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations leadership
  • Building and enhancing SaaS and BPaaS financial models, KPI frameworks, and revenue analytics
  • Driving process improvements, automation, and finance transformation initiatives
  • Supporting pricing strategy, deal modeling, and revenue forecasting
  • Leading and developing a high-performing FP&A team
  • Supporting Board reporting, strategic planning, and M&A activities
The ideal candidate is a strategic finance leader with strong executive presence, deep FP&A expertise, and the ability to influence decision-making across a fast-paced, high-growth organization.
