Business Systems Lead - Epicor ERP

What You'll Be Doing
Enterprise Systems Leadership
- Serve as the functional lead for Epicor ERP (E10/Kinetic)
- Support day-to-day ERP operations across multiple departments
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with internal IT and external vendors
- Support upgrades, enhancements, testing, deployments, and ongoing optimization efforts
- Ensure data integrity, system reliability, and overall ERP performance
Business Process & Cross-Functional Support
- Support and improve Quote-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay workflows
- Partner closely with Sales, Customer Service, Production, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance teams
- Identify process gaps and recommend scalable, system-driven improvements
- Assist with process documentation, standardization, and operational efficiency initiatives
Reporting, Analytics & KPI Development
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and operational metrics
- Analyze business data using Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Epicor reporting tools
- Develop KPIs that drive visibility and decision-making across the organization
- Perform trend analysis and data mining to support leadership initiatives
User Support & Training
- Provide hands-on ERP support and end-user training
- Create documentation, SOPs, and process guides
- Support help desk activities and collaborate with IT to ensure timely issue resolution
What We're Looking For
- 3-5+ years of experience in ERP systems support, business systems analysis, or a related role
- Hands-on experience with Epicor ERP E10 or Kinetic
- Strong understanding of manufacturing business processes and end-to-end operational workflows
- Experience supporting Quote-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay processes
- Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and complex formulas
- Strong communication, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- SQL and/or Power BI experience
- Multi-company or EDI integration experience
- ERP reporting and dashboard development
- Manufacturing industry experience
- Exposure to MRP environments and operational KPI development
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $85K - $95K
