Direct Hire
Salary: $111,400 - $150,700 + bonus
Hybrid - Boston, MA (3 days onsite)
- 6+ years of corporate tax experience
- Strong ASC 740 (tax provision) experience
- SEC reporting (10-K / 10-Q) exposure
- Experience with OneSource Tax Provision
- Public company experience
- International tax exposure
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. Master's in taxation or CPA preferred
- Big 4 background
- Experience with BEPS / Pillar 2 / transfer pricing
- Process improvement experience
Job Description:
A leading publicly traded cybersecurity company is seeking a Tax Manager to join its Global Tax team. This role will focus heavily on ASC 740 tax provision, SEC reporting, and international tax compliance.
This individual will partner cross-functionally with Accounting, FP&A, and Treasury, while also managing relationships with external auditors and tax advisors. The position offers strong visibility and the opportunity to contribute to global tax strategy and process improvements.
Key responsibilities include preparing and reviewing tax provision calculations, supporting SEC filings, performing reconciliations, analyzing international tax matters, and contributing to strategic tax initiatives.
