Resource Manager
Location: Remote, must be local to Culver City, CA
Schedule: 40 hours
Duration: 12 months
Pay: $65-$71 DOE
The Planet Group is looking for a Resource Manager to join our well-known Fortune 500 client on a 12-months contract, working a remote schedule for candidates local to Culver City, CA
Resource Manager | Qualifications:
- 5-7yrs of relevant experience in creative operations, resource management, or production management within a design, marketing, or entertainment studio.
- Proven ability to manage resource allocation for diverse creative teams.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in creating visual data reports for senior leadership.
- Proficiency with Wrike project management and resource planning software.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Deep understanding of creative development processes, particularly in TV/film production and design.
- Familiarity with the ecosystem and its commitment to design excellence.
- A passion for television, film, and visual storytelling.
Resource Manager | Description:
- Manage the allocation of creative resources (editors, animators, graphic designers, creative directors, producers) for the TV Creative and Production team across TV App Content Design projects/programs.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Creative, Creative Directors, Producers and project leads to balance workloads, an5cipate needs, prioritize initiatives, and oversee resource management tooling to capture data as it relates to org capacity planning.
- Develop and maintain highly visual dashboards and reports on resource deployment, capacity, and efficiency for design leadership.
- Ensure clear communication regarding resource availability and project timelines to all stakeholders.
- Identify and implement workflow optimizations and process improvements within the creative team.
