JOB DESCRIPTION
As the Community Activation Coordinator within client's Brand Success Team, you will serve as a strategic liaison and operational engine for brand presence and activations within client communities. You will pitch and support the execution of high-impact organic brand community campaigns, ensuring they are authentically integrated into the unique fabric of client's channel.
This is a highly collaborative role requiring a mix of project coordination, partner communication, campaign execution, creative production, and strategic brand advisory.
Key Responsibilities
1. Outreach & Advising
  • Strategic Pitching: Draft and send tailored pitches to talent agents, PR firms, and brand partners to secure interest in community activations, including "Ask Me Anything" (AMA) interviews.
  • Brand Success: Act as a consultant for external partners, advising them on platform etiquette, community-specific norms, and how to tailor their presence for maximum authenticity and engagement.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain outreach trackers and manage the pipeline of talent and partners, ensuring timely follow-ups and high-touch communication.
  • Activation Research: Proactively identify high-potential guests for AMAs and opportunities for partners to authentically engage within target communities across diverse verticals.
2. Creative Production & Strategy
  • Creative Adaptation: Use provided templates to build promotional graphics for AMAs and other activations, ensuring all creative assets align with client's brand guidelines.
  • Copy & Content Development: Draft post copy, and provide guidance to partners on copy and content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Community Proofing: Perform final quality checks on all drafts to ensure they meet the specific technical and cultural requirements of the host community.
3. Activation Support & Execution
  • Activation Logistics: Support the end-to-step preparation and live execution of AMAs and organic brand activations with communities, providing real-time troubleshooting and guidance to partners.
  • Risk & Sentiment Monitoring: Monitor external conversations, press coverage, and community sentiment to ensure a positive experience for both the community and the partner.
4. Analysis & Insights
  • Performance Tracking: Pull comprehensive metrics (upvotes, comments, reach, and sentiment) across all activations.
  • Impact Recaps: Build detailed performance recaps that translate data into actionable insights for internal stakeholders and external partners.

Qualifications & Skills
  • 1-3 Years of Experience: Background in marketing operations, community management, communications, or talent relations.
  • Client Expertise: A "power user" understanding of clients ecosystem, including client-specific cultures, moderation styles, and platform-wide trends.
  • Advisory Mindset: Ability to provide confident, clear guidance to high-level partners on how to navigate community engagement.
  • Operational Rigor: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex activations simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Communication Skills: Strong copywriting ability with the "chameleon" skill of adapting tone to match different communities (from technical to playful).
  • Basic Design Skills: Experience using tools like Figma or Canva to populate and customize templates.
