Position Overview
A leading U.S.-based organization is seeking a highly organized and motivated early-career professional to support operations at a key site in Newton Square, PA. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain broad exposure across office support, reporting, and operational functions while working closely with site leadership. The position reports directly to the Head of Office and plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the location.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and distribute daily, monthly, and annual reports to support site operations and leadership decision-making
- Provide ad hoc reporting and office support to the Head of Office as needed
- Coordinate and manage meeting logistics, including scheduling, conference room reservations, and calendar management
- Arrange catering and ensure meeting spaces are properly set up and reset before and after events
- Serve as a central point of coordination for on-site activities, ensuring a professional and efficient office environment
- Collaborate with team members across multiple levels of the organization, including site leadership and corporate stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred
- 0-3 years of professional experience in an office support, operations, or coordinator role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
- High level of initiative, adaptability, and willingness to learn
