The Planet Group is seeking a Content Production Analyst to be responsible for managing content updates and additions within the Seismic platform, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with established content governance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end content lifecycle, including intake, publishing, and updates within the Seismic platform
  • Review content for accuracy, including materials, internal codes, metadata, and overall quality control
  • Monitor automated workflows and notifications to guide content owners through submission, review, and approval processes
  • Track and analyze content performance metrics within Seismic
  • Serve as the primary liaison for content owners, ensuring timely submissions and adherence to governance and compliance standards
  • Upload content and maintain accurate metadata
  • Follow established processes while identifying and recommending improvements
  • Communicate process updates and guidelines to teammates and content contributors
  • Collaborate with internal teams and a variety of content owners to support content updates

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work across diverse teams and stakeholders
  • High level of accountability and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail, including the ability to ask questions, clarify requirements, and take appropriate action

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with content management processes or platforms, particularly Seismic (LiveDocs experience not required)
  • Experience in asset management, particularly in content production or content operations
  • Experience creating and distributing Seismic reports and dashboards
