About:
The ideal candidate will have over five years+ of heavy cash collections experience. We are looking for a driven, high-energy, and customer-service-oriented individual who can collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Responsibilities include problem-solving, recommending solutions, and helping the team meet monthly and quarterly
KPIs
What You'll Do:
? Relationship Management: Establishing and nurturing relationships with advertisers to ensure timely follow-ups and reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and bad debt.
? Dispute Resolution: Investigating, documenting, and resolving customer billing disputes efficiently.
? Collections Enhancement: Driving process improvements to maximize team potential and meet monthly cash collection goals to improve Free Cash Flow.
? Reporting: Generating weekly aging reports with collection comments for management review.
? Billing Support: Assisting with the evaluation, reconciliation, and issuance of monthly invoices.
? Administrative Tasks: Processing vendor setup forms and managing invoice uploads to third-party platforms such as Ariba and Coupa.
? Compliance: Supporting SOX initiatives and preparing schedules for external audits.
What We're Looking For:
? 5+ years of work experience in Accounts Receivable, with emphasis on collections.
? Strong background in cash collections and dispute resolution.
? Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact at all organizational levels.
? A proactive, self-directed approach with the ability to multitask, think creatively, and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
? Ability to prioritize day-to-day responsibilities while continuously meeting timelines and deadlines.
? Experience with Netsuite or a similar ERP system.
? Proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
? Ability to think innovatively, work independently with minimal supervision, be a team
player, and contribute beyond the defined role as needed.
? Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively to deliver results and meet expectations in a fast-paced environment.
? Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest solutions.
? Internally motivated to seek out answers, generate ideas, and learn quickly in a high-growth company.
? High degree of confidentiality, integrity, and judgment.
