•Partners with the Talent Acquisition Manager and cross-functional teams to coordinate onboarding and ensure timely, accurate setup of new hires across systems, processes, and first-day logistics.
•Maintains accurate employee records and processes employee lifecycle changes in HiBob, ADP, and related systems, including new hires, status changes, compensation updates, and terminations.
•Coordinates offboarding activities, including exit processes, documentation, and tracking trends for People & Culture leadership.
•Creates, maintains, and updates employee handbooks, policies, and related documentation to support compliance with applicable legislative and business requirements.
•Administers U.S. and Canada benefits programs and serves as the primary liaison between employees and benefits brokers and vendors.
•Drives the administration and implementation of employee well-being and engagement initiatives for NAM.
•Partners with the Senior Director, People & Culture - NAM on benefits renewals, plan changes, and administration to support market competitiveness and effective stewardship of benefit spend.
•Partners closely with payroll to ensure pay, benefits, and employee data changes are processed accurately and on time and provides backup support for NAM payroll processing as needed.
•Responds to employee, manager, vendor, and external inquiries related to People & Culture policies, processes, benefits, leave, and employee data.
•Coordinates global mobility administration, including immigration documentation, case tracking, records maintenance, and timely processing with Crew, managers, and external immigration partners.
•Supports workplace safety administration for North America, including coordinating required documentation, reporting, training tracking, and compliance-related processes in partnership with internal stakeholders.
•Supports People & Culture projects and process improvements aligned to broader global and functional priorities.
High accuracy and timeliness in employee data entry and lifecycle transaction processing
Responsive, reliable service to Crew, leaders, brokers, and vendors
Effective administration of benefits and leave with timely issue resolution
Strong policy governance and disciplined compliance execution across the U.S. and Canada
Accurate, audit-ready documentation and records management
Dependable partnership with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and People & Culture stakeholders
Proactive identification and implementation of process improvements
Consistent follow-through, sound judgment, discretion, and accountability
Ensures safety-related processes, records, and compliance activities are administered accurately and on time, with strong follow-through, reliable documentation, and no missed role-owned deadlines.
Demonstrated contribution to process improvements, documentation quality, and operational efficiency
