Job Description
- First 2 months onsite, then hybrid schedule
- Type: Full-time, salaried
- Salary Range: $90,000
- Schedule: First shift / standard business hours
- Work Authorization: Authorized to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship
The analyst will partner closely with procurement, operations, analytics, and ERP teams to support data cleansing, reporting, change management, and system integration efforts. This role is well-suited for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and experienced modernizing legacy data within ERP-driven environments. Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of relevant experience in data governance, data quality, or ERP-focused roles
- Hands-on ERP experience, including data integration, validation, or testing
- Strong product and supply chain data experience
- Demonstrated experience improving or managing data quality
- Experience modernizing legacy data systems and establishing standardized naming conventions
- Advanced skills in Excel and Microsoft Office 365
- Ability to partner effectively with business stakeholders across functions
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Experience with Power BI
- Familiarity with SQL / T-SQL
- Experience with data governance frameworks, data dictionary creation, or metadata management
- Prior experience supporting ERP systems within supply chain or manufacturing environments
- Support ERP master data integrity, with a focus on product and supply chain data
- Analyze, cleanse, and maintain data to improve accuracy and consistency
- Partner with procurement, operations, analytics, and ERP teams to support data initiatives
- Help define, document, and enforce data governance standards and processes
- Support reporting, data validation, and system integration efforts
- Assist with change management related to data standards and ERP processes
- Create and maintain documentation related to data definitions, standards, and workflows
