Epicor ERP Business Analyst

Our client is a nationwide leader in the controlled environment solutions industry. They are currently seeking an Epicor ERP Business Analyst to provide technical analysis, ongoing improvement, support, and operational use of the ERP system. This team fosters a collaborative environment, puts technology first, and offers a wealth of growth opportunities. This is newly created role for the company and will report to the ERP Implementations Manager. 

Responsibilities of the Epicor ERP Business Analyst:
 

  • ERO operational support – support day to day ERP functionality across manufacturing and operational teams
  • Assist business users with Epicor workflows, troubleshooting, and system usage
  • Assist with Kinetic Web UI rollout
  • Develop and maintain BAQs, Dashboards, and data views to support operational reporting
  • Utilize REST APIs to support integrations, automations, and data access
  • Project and implementation support – participate in ERP related initiatives

Requirements for the Epicor ERP Business Analyst:
 
  • 5+ years’ experience with Epicor 10 through Kinetic ERP
  • Strong understanding of production, inventory control, supply chain, and shop floor operations in a manufacturing environment
  • BAQ, BPM, SSRS, Dashboards, Strong SQL
  • Kinetic Application Studio
  • REST APIs
  • AI tools

Compensation: $100,000 - $125,000 annually
