Job Description
Job Title: HRIS Systems Administrator
Location: Kansas City, MO 64114
Contract length: 6-month Contract
Pay: $46/hr - $51.45/hr
HRIS Systems Administrator Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree HR, Business, MIS or a related field and 4 years of HRIS or HCM experience Required
- Experience with Oracle EBS preferred
- HR systems implementation experience preferred
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Proven track record of success in providing technical support to end user community
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with end users and vendors
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong problem solving and time management skills
- Provide day-to-day HRIS support to Human Resources and the organization including configuration, transactional tasks, troubleshooting, testing, and auditing
- Collaborate with HR groups (Operations, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and Talent Management and Development)
- Provide technical assistance in support of HR initiatives
- Serve as technical point of contact for assigned functional areas and assist in testing of system changes, ensuring data integrity and analyzing for process improvements
- Provide training to end users across the company on system functionality
- Responsible for staying up to date on emerging technologies and offers recommendations for new tools
- Review system release notes to identify system design needs and enhancements
- Provide functional support to HR and the entire user community
- Resolve end-user technical issues
- Collaborate with IT and vendors to ensure seamless integration, functionality, and security of HR systems
- Streamline HR processes by recommending workflow improvements within HR Systems
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with all policies and standards
