Job Description
Our client is seeking a UKG Pro WFM Functional Business Analyst to join a high-impact HRIS team supporting ongoing system enhancements, optimization initiatives, and user adoption efforts. This role is critical in ensuring continuity of support and driving forward key Workforce Management initiatives.
This position will serve as a functional liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping to translate operational needs into effective UKG system solutions while supporting change management and end-user adoption.
Pay:
- $85 - $90/hr W2 (or 1099 with your own LLC)
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the functional expert for UKG Pro WFM, supporting system configuration, enhancements, and ongoing optimization
- Partner with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, provide recommendations, and assess system impacts
- Collaborate closely with technical resources to design, implement, and roll out system changes and new functionality
- Lead change management initiatives, including communication, training, and user adoption strategies
- Support and guide end users, ensuring effective utilization of UKG WFM capabilities
- Assist in roadmapping and leading future implementations or module expansions within the UKG Pro WFM platform
Required Qualifications:
- Strong experience as a UKG Pro WFM Functional Analyst with deep system knowledge
- Proven background in change management, user adoption, and training
- Ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional stakeholders, including leadership and department heads
- Strong understanding of downstream impacts of system changes and ability to make strategic recommendations
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a business-focused mindset
