Epicor ERP Administrator (Kinetic)

Our client, a growing and highly respected organization in the manufacturing and operations space, is seeking a hands-on Epicor ERP Administrator who can step in, stabilize, optimize, and elevate their Epicor environment.
This is a high-visibility role where you will become the go-to expert responsible for maximizing the value of Epicor across the organization. You’ll partner directly with leadership and cross-functional teams to improve reporting, streamline workflows, enhance integrations, and ensure the system supports real-world business needs.

As the Epicor ERP Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration, optimization, and strategic use of the Epicor ERP platform.
Key responsibilities include:
- Administer, maintain, and enhance the Epicor ERP (Kinetic/browser version) environment
- Manage system upgrades, patches, permissions, and configurations
- Design and develop BAQs, dashboards, SSRS reports, and system queries
- Build and maintain BPMs and UI customizations to support evolving business needs
- Ensure data integrity and system stability across business-critical applications
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and training to Epicor end users
- Partner with leadership and department stakeholders to align Epicor functionality with business processes
- Collaborate with the internal developer and systems leadership on system integrations including Salesforce and other platforms
- Support ERP-related projects including inventory, manufacturing, supply chain, and operational initiatives
- Promote ERP best practices and help eliminate technical debt while improving system adoption
- Develop and manage project timelines for future Epicor improvements and enhancements
- Strong hands-on experience administering Epicor ERP
- Experience with Epicor Kinetic or browser-based environments
- Proven expertise with:
- BAQs
- Dashboards
- BPMs
- UI Customizations
- SSRS reporting
- C# development within Epicor
- Experience managing upgrades, security, permissions, and system maintenance
- Strong understanding of ERP architecture and cross-functional business processes
- Ability to support ERP modules such as:
- Manufacturing
- Inventory
- Supply Chain
- MRP
- Costing
- Finance
- Experience supporting ERP end users and training teams
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate with both technical teams and business stakeholders
- Experience supporting Epicor integrations with systems such as CRM, eCommerce, or warehouse platforms
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Shopify, or inventory/warehouse systems
- Experience supporting Spreadsheet Server
- Participation in the Epicor User Group or Epicor community
- Experience supporting manufacturing or distribution environments
- High ownership role where you truly own the Epicor environment

Salary Budget: $80,000-$100,000 annually + Benefits
