Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Epic Cadence and Prelude Analyst consultant to support a large enterprise healthcare environment.
This role will focus on managing and prioritizing support tickets, collaborating with both onshore and offshore teams, and ensuring efficient resolution of system issues within Epic scheduling and registration workflows.
This position is part of a large-scale Epic support initiative supporting a complex, multi-location health system.
Required Qualifications
- Epic Certification in Cadence and Prelude
- 3+ years of Epic Cadence and Prelude support experience
- Strong experience managing and resolving support tickets in a large enterprise healthcare environment
- Experience working with offshore support teams
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proven ability to prioritize issues and manage competing support requests
- Experience supporting multi-location hospital systems
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support and troubleshooting for Epic Cadence and Prelude modules
- Manage and prioritize incoming support tickets within the Epic environment
- Resolve high-priority issues during standard working hours while coordinating lower-priority tickets with offshore support teams for after-hours coverage
- Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of system issues
- Communicate and coordinate daily work with both onshore and offshore Epic teams
- Support system stability and operational efficiency across a large, multi-site healthcare environment
- Document support activities, issue resolutions, and system updates
- Assist with workflow improvements and operational enhancements within Epic scheduling and registration
Environment
- Support team structure includes 2 onshore analysts and 10+ offshore resources
- Work closely with leadership and operational teams across the organization
- Limited on-call responsibilities
