- Perform data imports, mass loads, and validation to ensure data integrity
- Monitor ERP performance and recommend improvements for reliability and scalability

- Assist with onboarding and integration of newly acquired organizations
- Create professional documentation and user training materials to support adoption of new features and processes
- 3+ years of hands-on Epicor Eclipse experience (Eterm & Solar)
- Strong understanding of wholesale distribution operations, including finance, supply chain, sales, inventory, and warehouse processes
- Experience with Eclipse file maintenance, inventory lifecycle, procurement, and reporting
- Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into effective ERP solutions
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and SharePoint
- Experience supporting highly customized Eclipse environments
- Exposure to Eclipse database structures and reporting tools
- Prior involvement in ERP upgrades, integrations, or acquisition support
- Comfort working in a small team where versatility and ownership are valued
- 100% Remote (EST business hours)
- Join a stable, growing organization with long-term investment in Epicor Eclipse
- Work closely with experienced, approachable IT leadership
- Immediate ownership and visibility—your work will matter from day one
- Competitive salary range: $75,000–$80,000 (base)
- Strong benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO)
- Fast interview and offer process (decisions within 24–48 hours)
