Our client is looking to hire a Sr Epic ClinDoc Analyst to join their team for a full time and fully remote opportunity located in Hawaii (must live in Hawaii or Relocate)

They are seeking an experienced Epic ClinDoc Analyst to support the design, build, and optimization of clinical documentation workflows within the Epic electronic health record (EHR) system. The ideal candidate will collaborate with clinicians and operational leaders to ensure the system meets clinical, regulatory, and organizational needs while improving efficiency and patient care outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain Epic ClinDoc workflows, templates, and SmartTools (SmartForms, SmartTexts, SmartLinks, and SmartPhrases).
• Collaborate with providers, nurses, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional Epic solutions.
• Ensure system configurations support clinical best practices, regulatory standards, and operational goals.
• Perform testing, validation, and documentation of system changes, enhancements, and upgrades.
• Provide go-live support, troubleshooting, and post-implementation optimization.
• Work cross-functionally with other Epic module teams (e.g., Orders, Stork, Beacon, and Ambulatory) to ensure seamless integration.
• Participate in change control processes and maintain system integrity through ongoing maintenance and issue resolution.

Qualifications:

• Epic ClinDoc Certification required (or ability to obtain within designated timeframe).
• Proven experience with Epic ClinDoc build and configuration.
• Strong understanding of inpatient and/or outpatient clinical documentation workflows.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, nursing, IT, or related field preferred.
• Experience collaborating with clinical teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
