Marketing Coordinator
3 days onsite and 2 days WFH
Pay $38-43/hr
Duration 3 months 
 

The Marketing Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Email and App Marketing teams by coordinating campaigns, schedules, and deliverables. This role requires strong communication, organization, and attention to detail to ensure marketing campaigns run smoothly and meet deadlines.

Core Responsibilities
  • Coordinate multiple email and app marketing campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Maintain campaign calendars and schedules, ensuring details and timelines are accurate and up to date.
  • Distribute marketing materials for proofing, editing, and approval.
  • Track feedback, follow up on outstanding items, and ensure deliverables stay on schedule.
  • Communicate with team members and stakeholders to coordinate marketing activities and address issues.
  • Use marketing and workflow tools, including Litmus and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, to support campaign coordination and quality assurance.
  • Maintain accurate data, reports, and marketing materials.
  • Assist with report generation and presentation preparation.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Email and App Marketing teams.
Required Skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns, calendars, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Smartsheet.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms, campaign management, and workflow tools.
