Job Description:
We are seeking an Oracle Cloud Payroll functional expert with deep experience in Oracle Cloud, payroll business processes, and leading practices. Experience and background as a consultant on large-scale HCM projects is mandatory.


Responsibilities/Requirements: 

Module Experience:

  • Demonstrated expertise in Oracle Cloud Payroll business processes, configuration, and leading practices.
  • Core Payroll Configuration: Payroll Definitions.
  • Enterprise Structures: Payroll Statutory Units. (PSUs)
  • Tax Structures: Tax Reporting Units. (TRUs)
  • Worker Payroll Structures: Payroll Relationships.
  • Payroll Elements: Earnings and Deductions.
  • Expertise in Oracle Cloud Payroll configuration, audit and reconciliation reporting, inbound and outbound payroll integrations, and payroll data governance.
  • Experience with payroll rules, payroll cycles, garnishments, costing, midyear balance conversions, W-2 processing, and year-end processing.
  • Experience designing and managing payroll flow patterns and payroll reconciliation processes.
  • Experience supporting multi-state payroll operations.
  • Experience supporting union payroll requirements.
  • Experience supporting organizations with more than 10,000 employees.
  • Experience delivering global payroll transformation initiatives.
  • Experience supporting payroll deployments for large, complex organizations.
  • Experience participating in and leading multiple full-cycle Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations and go-lives.
  •  Knowledge of Fast Formula analysis, design, and troubleshooting.
  • Detailed understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM system concepts, payroll functionality, and leading practices.
Further Lead Experience:
  •  Solution Leadership and Governance: Lead solution design, governance, and deployment activities for Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations.
  • Testing and Go-Live Readiness: Lead system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), payroll parallel testing, and go-live readiness activities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Payroll, Benefits, Time and Labor, Finance, HR, and IT teams to deliver integrated HCM solutions.
  • Workstream Coordination: Coordinate activities, dependencies, and deliverables across functional and technical workstreams.
  • Project and Stakeholder Management: Provide project leadership, status reporting, and clear stakeholder communications.
  • Executive Communication: Present solution recommendations, key decisions, risks, and project updates to senior leadership.
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm's respectful and courteous work environment.
Qualifications:
  •  Minimum of five years of Oracle HCM Payroll implementation and consulting experience.
  • Experience completing at least three full-cycle Oracle Cloud Human. Capital Management (HCM) implementations as the Payroll Lead.
  • Oracle Payroll Cloud Implementation Professional certification.
Preferred Functional Experience:
  • Oracle Time and Labor.(OTL)
  • Oracle Absence Management.
  • Oracle Benefits
  • Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
  • Communication and Analytical Skills: Strong verbal, written, and analytical capabilities, with the ability to communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
