Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Operations Business Analyst with a strong background in finance and revenue operations to support and optimize day-to-day business processes. This role will work closely with stakeholders to assess current operations, identify opportunities for improvement, define business requirements, and support the implementation of solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
The ideal candidate has strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with experience in process improvement, requirements gathering, project coordination, and change management.
Key Responsibilities -
Analyze, define, and document business and operational requirements.

Support business case development, including evaluating current-state processes, people, and systems.

Identify process gaps, improvement opportunities, and critical success factors for future-state operations.

Gather, analyze, translate, and simplify business and technical requirements.

Develop conceptual designs, process flows, prototypes, and mockups to support proposed solutions.

Review and design test cases and scenario-based test plans to validate solutions against business requirements.

Manage project scope, acceptance criteria, process change requests, testing, implementation, and deployment activities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business objectives.

Serve as a subject matter expert, supporting training, communications, and change management initiatives.

Evaluate proposed solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and are practical, effective, and user-friendly.
- Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Strong background in finance, revenue operations, business analysis, or operational process improvement.

Advanced business and technical writing skills, including requirements documentation.

Experience with process modeling, workflow documentation, and business process improvement.

Knowledge of cost-benefit analysis, systems engineering principles, and change management concepts.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including tools for creating process flow diagrams.

Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

MBA or other relevant advanced degree.

Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification.

Experience supporting process improvement initiatives, system implementations, or operational transformation projects.
