Location - St. Charles, MO - 3 days onsite
Comp - 115-135k base salary (no bonus)

EDI Developer
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems in mid-to-large-scale environments, such as IFS, Epicor, Infor, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
- 2+ years of hands-on Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) experience, including onboarding new trading partners, configuring integrations, and supporting complex transaction workflows.
- Strong technical proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, XML, JSON, and flat-file integration technologies.
- Experience working with industry-standard EDI formats and protocols, including ANSI X12 and EDIFACT, with knowledge of transaction sets such as 850 (Purchase Order), 810 (Invoice), and similar business documents.
- Familiarity with EDI Value-Added Networks (VANs); experience with Cleo integration solutions is highly preferred.
- Ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve integration and data exchange issues across ERP and EDI environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proactive, self-driven, and solution-oriented approach.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology, or a related field preferred; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
- Experience supporting ERP-to-EDI integrations in manufacturing, supply chain, distribution, or retail environments.
- Knowledge of API-based integrations and modern data exchange methodologies.
- Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, vendors, and external trading partners to design and implement EDI solutions.
