Sr. System Analyst - WFS/EC implementation
Location: Erlanger KY or Remote
Contract length: 6 mo
Schedule: Normal Business Hours
Pay: 90- per hour
The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing Workforce Software (WFS) solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and improve overall HR processes.
Job Responsibilities- Lead Workforce Software (WFS) Time & Attendance, Absence Management, Integration, and Reporting implementations.
- Lead and participate in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) implementations, enhancements, and cutover initiatives.
- Conduct strategy sessions to assess business processes, gather and document business requirements, and configure WFS and SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions accordingly.
- Configure Workforce Software solutions to align with business goals, workforce policies, collective bargaining agreements, and compliance requirements.
- Configure and support SuccessFactors Employee Central foundation objects, employee data models, business rules, workflows, event reasons, position management, and security roles.
- Partner with business stakeholders, HR, Payroll, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations and process improvements.
- Support employee lifecycle processes within SuccessFactors Employee Central, including:
- Hire and Rehire
- Transfer and Global Assignment
- Job Changes
- Leave of Absence
- Termination
- Enable and support standard and custom reports, dashboards, translations, and integrations to enhance WFS and Employee Central functionality.
- Collaborate with integration teams to support data replication and interfaces between SuccessFactors EC, Workforce Software, SAP ECP, Benefits, Finance, and third-party applications.
- Participate in fit-gap analysis, solution design workshops, and configuration reviews against business requirements.
- Support the creation of detailed functional designs for reports, integrations, conversions, enhancements, business rules, workflows, and security requirements.
- Perform configuration validation and testing, including:
- Unit Testing
- PIT (Product Integration Testing)
- SIT (System Integration Testing)
- Payroll Parallel Testing
- UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
- Data Validation
- Support UAT execution, coordinate testing activities, manage defect triage and tracking, and ensure successful completion of business validation requirements.
- Troubleshoot issues with business users, perform root cause analysis, document resolutions, and support defect remediation.
- Support Workforce Software and Employee Central data conversion, reconciliation, and validation during implementation and deployment.
- Participate in end-to-end business process testing and validate integrations between WFS, Employee Central, ECP Payroll, Benefits, and other downstream systems.
- Contribute to cutover planning, execute cutover activities, support production readiness reviews, and provide post-go-live hypercare support.
- Collaborate with other SAP SuccessFactors module leads to identify system enhancements, process optimization opportunities, and automation improvements.
- Conduct training sessions, knowledge transfer activities, and workshops for end users, business teams, and support organizations.
- Stay current on developments and best practices in Workforce Software, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time Management, and HR technology solutions.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions to enhance system performance, user experience, and operational efficiency.
- Be flexible to learn additional SAP SuccessFactors modules and participate in training to enhance consulting capabilities.
- 5-8 years of hands-on experience implementing Workforce Software (WFS) Time & Attendance and Absence Management solutions.
- Experience supporting implementations in the U.S. and Canada required; experience in additional countries is a plus.
- Workforce Software Time & Attendance configuration expertise and certification preferred.
- Hands-on experience configuring SuccessFactors Employee Central foundation objects, employee data, workflows, business rules, event reasons, and position management.
- Experience supporting Employee Central data conversions, mass data uploads, and data validation.
- Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Management concepts, including work schedules, holiday calendars, and absence management.
- Experience integrating SuccessFactors Employee Central with Workforce Software, SAP ECP Payroll, Benefits, Identity Management, and third-party applications.
- Hands-on experience supporting SIT, PIT, UAT, defect management, production readiness reviews, and go-live activities.
- Experience coordinating testing, managing defect resolution, and supporting reconciliation across HR, Payroll, Time, and Benefits teams.
- Experience supporting Workforce Software time integrations with Payroll (SAP ECP), Benefits, and other enterprise systems.
- Experience with reporting solutions, data validation, audit requirements, and compliance-related business processes.
- Experience working in Agile, SAP Activate, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Ability to complete projects within specified deadlines and quality standards.
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends, holidays, overtime, or varied shifts as needed to meet project commitments.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
