The environment is highly collaborative, and this individual will play a key role supporting cloud operations, identity management, security initiatives, and enterprise application integrations.

This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer who enjoys working across multiple areas of infrastructure rather than being limited to a narrowly focused specialty. You'll partner closely with cloud, networking, security, and support teams while helping drive the organization's ongoing cloud transformation efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and enhance Microsoft Azure cloud services across a complex enterprise environment
  • Manage Microsoft Entra ID, including identity governance, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, RBAC, and enterprise application integrations
  • Support and maintain integrations for a large portfolio of SaaS applications
  • Configure and troubleshoot identity and access management solutions
  • Administer Microsoft Intune for endpoint management, device compliance, application deployment, and security policies
  • Support cloud security initiatives using Microsoft security tools and best practices
  • Assist with security audits, compliance requirements, and remediation efforts
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and escalation support for infrastructure, cloud, and identity-related issues
  • Participate in technology implementations, cloud migrations, and new platform deployments
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, standards, and operational procedures
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors on projects and operational support
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering, systems administration, infrastructure engineering, or a related field
  • Strong hands-on Microsoft Azure experience within an enterprise environment
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, including:
    • Single Sign-On (SSO)
    • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
    • Conditional Access
    • Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
    • Enterprise application integrations
  • Experience managing SaaS applications through centralized identity platforms
  • Strong Microsoft Intune administration experience
  • Understanding of cloud security principles and identity management best practices
  • Experience with Microsoft Defender or similar cloud security technologies
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure and cloud-related issues
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, lean IT environment where priorities can shift as business needs evolve
Preferred Experience
  • Professional services, legal, financial services, insurance, or other highly regulated industries
  • Azure Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) technologies
  • Azure SQL and other Platform-as-a-Service offerings
  • Microsoft E5 security ecosystem
  • SharePoint Online, Power Automate, Power Apps, or OneDrive
  • Security and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001
  • Enterprise AI, cloud integrations, or modern automation initiatives
  • Azure certifications including Azure Administrator, Azure Solutions Architect, or Azure Security Engineer
What You'll Bring

The successful candidate will be a hands-on technical professional who enjoys solving complex problems, supporting critical systems, and contributing wherever needed. This position offers the opportunity to make an immediate impact while continuing to grow technical expertise through company-supported training and certifications.

Benefits
  • 3 weeks of PTO
  • Performance bonus program
  • Cell phone and internet stipend
  • Technology stipend
  • Strong 401(k) program
  • Company-sponsored training and certification opportunities
  • Primarily remote work environment with occasional in-person collaboration

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior Azure engineer with strong identity, security, and endpoint management experience who is looking to join a collaborative team and help shape the future of a growing cloud environment.
