Enterprise Application Delivery & Support Manager
Location: Green Bay, Wisconsin
Compensation: $130,000 - $135,000
Schedule: Full-Time | Standard Business Hours | Onsite 5 Days/Week
Our client is seeking an experienced Enterprise Application Delivery & Support Manager to lead the delivery, support, administration, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement of a broad portfolio of enterprise applications.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for leading technical teams, managing application operations, driving process improvements, and ensuring business-critical applications remain reliable, secure, and aligned with organizational priorities. The ideal candidate is a strong people leader who is also comfortable diving into complex application issues, technology decisions, projects, and operational challenges.
Key Responsibilities-
Lead application support and system administration teams responsible for enterprise applications and SaaS solutions.

Oversee the full application lifecycle, including implementations, upgrades, enhancements, modernization, production support, and retirement.

Establish application roadmaps and prioritize competing requests based on business value, risk, and operational needs.

Improve application reliability, support processes, documentation, automation, and overall operational performance.

Lead root-cause analysis and remediation of recurring application and production issues.

Partner with business leaders and IT teams to define priorities and ensure technology investments deliver measurable value.

Oversee third-party vendors and managed service providers, including contracts, licensing, renewals, service levels, escalations, and performance.

Participate in technology projects, production issues, releases, upgrades, and strategic technology decisions.

Identify and address technical debt, operational risks, vulnerabilities, and opportunities for modernization.

Partner with Cybersecurity, Risk, Compliance, Infrastructure, Architecture, Development, and business teams on security findings, audits, disaster recovery, regulatory requirements, and technology risks.

Communicate technical issues, risks, priorities, and recommendations effectively to both technical teams and senior leadership.

Promote effective application support and service management practices across the organization.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, Business, or a related field.

8+ years of progressive IT experience, including at least 5 years managing technical or application support teams.

Proven experience managing enterprise applications and SaaS solutions through implementation, upgrades, enhancements, production support, lifecycle planning, and modernization.

Strong technical leadership experience with the ability to remain hands-on when addressing complex application, project, and operational challenges.

Experience managing technology vendors and managed service providers, including contracts, licensing, renewals, escalations, and service-level performance.

Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or similar methodologies.

Strong understanding of application support and service management practices.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to effectively partner with technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and senior leadership.

Experience within banking, financial services, insurance, or another regulated industry.

Experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft, Snowflake, Fiserv, or similar technologies.

Exposure to CRM, workflow, data, cloud, integration, content management, or other enterprise technology platforms.

Experience with application modernization, automation, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, disaster recovery, technology risk, audits, or regulatory compliance.

ITIL, PMP, Scrum, SAFe, Lean, or similar certifications.

Demonstrated success leading an enterprise application portfolio through growth, modernization, consolidation, or transformation.
The ideal candidate is a strategic and hands-on technology leader who can balance people leadership with operational execution. This individual should be comfortable setting priorities, improving processes, managing complex application environments, developing strong vendor relationships, and partnering with business and IT leadership to continuously improve the enterprise application portfolio.
