About the Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced Senior ERP Developer to help advance, enhance, and optimize an enterprise Infor SyteLine v10.x environment.
This is a hands-on development role that goes beyond traditional ERP support. You'll be responsible for designing and building new functionality, enhancements, integrations, and reporting solutions while working across the full Software Development Lifecycle.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience with Infor SyteLine, Infor Mongoose, SQL/T-SQL, VB.NET, and C#, along with the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
What You'll Do
- Participate throughout the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Gather, analyze, and document technical business requirements.
- Develop enhancements, add-ons, integrations, and reports for Infor SyteLine v10.x.
- Develop custom solutions using Infor Mongoose, VB.NET, and C#.
- Design, develop, and maintain SQL-based reporting solutions using SQL, SSRS, and Infor Reporting.
- Maintain, support, and upgrade ERP applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to design effective solutions.
- Thoroughly test and document system modifications and programming changes.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end users.
- Document code conversions, modifications, and technical procedures.
- Share technical knowledge and best practices with team members.
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience supporting and developing solutions within Infor SyteLine.
- Strong SQL/T-SQL experience, including stored procedures, views, triggers, and database management.
- Hands-on experience with Infor Mongoose.
- Experience with Microsoft .NET Framework, Visual Studio, and C#.
- Experience upgrading previous versions of Infor SyteLine to v10.x.
- Understanding of manufacturing and accounting processes.
- Strong software development, testing, and documentation practices.
- Ability to gather technical requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing and implementing databases and SQL-based applications.
- Experience with GitHub or other version control platforms.
- Experience supporting complex multi-site and multi-currency environments.
- Knowledge of MRP, APS, and manufacturing scheduling.
- Experience with:
- Infor Factory Track
- Lake Companies Doc-Trak
- Seagull Scientific BarTender
Why Consider This Opportunity?
- Fully remote position with minimal travel.
- Hands-on opportunity to work with an enterprise Infor SyteLine v10.x environment.
- Opportunity to build new functionality rather than simply maintaining an existing ERP.
- Work across development, integrations, reporting, and business process improvements.
- Collaborative environment with opportunities for technical growth, learning, and knowledge sharing.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a hands-on Infor SyteLine developer who can comfortably bridge the gap between technical development and business requirements. Someone who enjoys building solutions--not just troubleshooting tickets--and has strong experience with Mongoose, SQL/T-SQL, .NET, VB.NET, and C# will be particularly well suited for this opportunity.
Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available.
