Job Title: Agilent OpenLab Software Deployment Specialist (CDS / Lab IT)
Location: Onsite 5 days weekly - NJ/PA
Onsite Requirements: 100% onsite in North/Central NJ or the Greater Philadelphia PA 
Compensation Range: W2 $70-$90/hr.; C2C $80-$100/hr. (6-month contract w/likely extension)


Introduction
This contract role supports an enterprise Agilent OpenLab CDS program within a regulated (GxP) laboratory environment. The specialist will build and deploy OpenLab AIC workstations, complete lifecycle/validation documentation, support lab migrations, and assist with instrument onboarding and troubleshooting across multiple sites. This requires 2+ years of CDS and lab instrumentation expertise along with hands-on experience in Agilent OpenLab.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Build, image, and deploy Agilent OpenLab AIC/PC workstations for laboratory use
  • Perform onsite workstation deployments and instrument connectivity support as needed
  • Provide remote support for additional lab sites as applicable
  • Complete system lifecycle documentation and required deliverables for regulated environments
  • Execute and document validation/qualification activities (IQ/OQ) for client review/approval
  • Develop and complete checklists and test scripts aligned to deployment/validation needs
  • Troubleshoot and resolve build/deployment issues (hardware, imaging, connectivity, configuration)
  • Collaborate with core and extended project teams and attend project meetings as needed
  • Support lab migration activities and onboarding of instruments into the CDS environment

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience using or supporting chromatography data systems (CDS) and lab instrumentation in a regulated environment
  • Hands-on experience with Agilent OpenLab CDS 2.x (use and/or support)
  • Ability to perform onsite lab IT work (PC deployments, imaging, instrument connections) in NJ/PA as required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work across technical teams and end users
  • Ability to pass standard background screening requirements

Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with Jira
  • Experience with Xray/Vera (test management)
  • Experience with ServiceNow
  • Prior experience supporting lab migrations and/or enterprise-scale OpenLab deployments
