Job Title: Sr. Technical Analyst (Agilent OpenLab CDS, AWS, Agilent Instrument Controllers/AIC)
Location: Onsite 5 days weekly - NJ/PA
Onsite Requirements: 100% onsite in North/Central NJ or the Greater Philadelphia PA
Compensation Range: W2 $70-$90/hr.; C2C $80-$100/hr. (6-month contract w/likely extension)
A client in the pharmaceutical R&D space is seeking a Senior Technical Analyst to support the configuration, build, validation, and release of an enterprise Agilent OpenLab CDS 2.x platform. This role supports Agilent Instrument Controller (AIC) builds/deployments and post-release operational support for a global lab environment and requires 5+ years working within the Agilent product suite. This is an onsite 6-month contract in either New Jersey or Philadelphia, PA and requires 5 days a week onsite.
- Support OpenLab CDS (2.x) platform configuration, build, validation, and release activities
- Assist the technical lead with OpenLab CDS platform architecture design
- Provision and configure AWS cloud resources aligned to platform architecture and lab workflow requirements
- Coordinate daily/weekly activities for deployment resources supporting OpenLab/AIC rollout
- Serve as primary point of contact for deployment support (Acronis imaging, AIC PC builds, deployment troubleshooting, instrument connectivity troubleshooting)
- Coordinate with the broader project team to ensure AICs are deployable per lab migration plans
- Author and execute requirements-based test scripts and ensure SDLC documentation is completed
- Participate in project meetings and provide clear technical updates to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- 5+ years configuring and supporting Agilent OpenLab CDS 2.x (including instrument/software connection troubleshooting)
- Hands-on experience supporting chromatography data systems in a regulated pharmaceutical R&D environment (GxP and non-GxP)
- Strong experience with Microsoft and AWS products, services, and infrastructure
- Experience upgrading chromatography data systems in regulated environments
- Experience developing IQ/OQ test cases and supporting UAT execution
- Ability to produce high-quality IQ/OQ documentation and training materials
- Logistical ability to be onsite in NJ or PA for 5 days a week.
