Retail Visual Merchandiser
Location: Hybrid onsite in Cupertino, CA OR Culver City, CA
Schedule: 40 hours
Duration: 6 months
Pay: $63-$65.87 DOE
The Planet Group is looking for a Retail Visual Merchandiser to join our well-known Fortune 500 client on a 6-months contract, working a hybrid onsite schedule out of Cupertino, CA OR Culver City, CA.
Retail Visual Merchandiser | Qualifications:

- Retail and design experience in delivering commercial results through compelling visual merchandising.
- Demonstrates passion for putting the customer first and crafting unique customer experiences within a retail environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Retail Visual Merchandiser | Description:
- Create, maintain, and publish store layouts and detailed product planograms for product launches and merchandising resets.
- Partner with Worldwide and Geo counterparts to ensure global alignment across merchandising strategies.
- Leverage extensive Geo and visual expertise to influence global strategy while localizing to AMR-specific nuances where appropriate.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience through field feedback, observation, and performance and space analysis.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate product launches and effectively communicate the product visual merchandising strategy.
- Forecast and communicate accurate demo product and visual element counts for merchandising changes, ensuring the correct demo products are available in every store in partnership with Retail Fulfillment Operations.
- Develop and review store communications including reset labor hours, merchandising setup guides, merchandising standards, and strategy guides.
