Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HighRadius Implementation Consultant to support finance transformation initiatives across Order-to-Cash processes. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on implementation experience, deep accounts receivable process knowledge, and the ability to integrate HighRadius with major ERP platforms.
Key Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience implementing HighRadius solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with HighRadius modules, including Collections, Cash Application, Credit, Deductions, and Dispute Management.
  • Strong integration experience with SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud, or JD Edwards (JDE).
  • Deep finance process expertise, particularly within Order-to-Cash operations.
  • Experience supporting life sciences or healthcare distribution environments preferred.
  • Familiarity with high-volume accounts receivable operations, deductions, chargebacks, group purchasing organizations (GPOs), and complex customer hierarchies.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new methods for improving internal processes and services.
  • Recognize, research and recommend resolution of moderate to complex work assignments.
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm's respectful and courteous work environment.
Qualifications:
  • HighRadius Implementation experience.
  • Collections experience/knowledge.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience, preferred.
  • Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Excel, Access, Word, and Outlook.
