Pay Range: $60-65/hour 

Key Responsibility:

• Field Lead for the Pasco Inflation Reduction Act - Prevailing Wage and Apprenticeship Compliance Assessment Workplan (see attachment) which includes four phased worksteps that will require completion on a quarterly basis.  As lead, your will also oversee and train a Client Pasco employee on all tasks outlined.  The four phases of the Workplan are planning, fieldwork payroll assessment, fieldwork interview, and reporting.

• On a weekly basis forward e-mail to all contractors/subcontractors to complete an EY on-line survey regarding Prevailing Wage and Apprenticeship (PWA).
  • For each contractor/subcontractor submitting a weekly survey, review survey system and confirm all documents were included.
  • Follow-up with contractors who did not submit survey or if surveys submitted were incomplete.
  • Provide contractor training on EY survey platform.  
• Post IRA all applicable prevailing wage and apprenticeship poster boards are displayed at the facility site.
  • As a standard practice check on a [weekly] basis to make sure these boards have not been removed and if removed place back.
• Be the primary point-of-contact to all labor and mechanic employees working on the Pasco Expansion Project (this includes both client employees and all contractors/subcontractors work on the Project). 
  • Monitor Pasco IRA hotline either via e-mail inbox and/or v-mail line regarding employee questions regarding IRA prevailing wage and apprenticeship.
  • Work with Project Manager regarding responding to message left on the hotline.
• Provide contractor/subcontractor support on potential missing wage classifications.
  • Work with Project Manager on addressing issues.
• Track and report all client Pasco laborers and mechanics doing any alteration, repair or construction of either the crane or on the expansion.
  • On a weekly basis - for each employee fill out EY PWA survey.  
• Track and report all client Pasco laborers and mechanics doing routine maintenance of either the crane or on the expansion.
  • Note - for these workers are not required to be PWA compliant so no survey is necessary.
• Develop and maintain a Project Specific SharePoint Site.   Site to include.
  • Above related reports and information plus IRA specific information to be shared between client and Pasco County as it relates to approval tracking and reporting.
  • Memorialize procedures on a as-needed basis.
• Create and maintain reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Other IRA PWA related work as requested.
