Pay Range: $30.00 - $40.00/hour
Work Hours: Monday - Friday, standard business hours

Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering (or a related engineering discipline with an environmental focus) along with 3-6 years of environmental engineering experience in areas such as due diligence, remediation, air quality, and environmental compliance. Job DescriptionJoin a collaborative environmental engineering team supporting impactful redevelopment, remediation, and compliance projects across commercial, industrial, and municipal sites. This hybrid opportunity offers the chance to work on a wide variety of environmental projects while developing technical expertise and leadership skills. In this role, you will conduct environmental assessments, analyze field data, prepare technical reports, support remediation and redevelopment efforts, and help ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions while making a meaningful impact on environmental stewardship and community redevelopment.
Requirements-
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering required (other engineering degrees with a strong environmental focus will be considered)

3-6 years of environmental engineering experience

Experience with environmental due diligence, site assessments, remediation, air quality, and environmental compliance

Working knowledge of EPA, CERCLA, Brownfield programs, and applicable federal, state, and local environmental regulations

Experience conducting field investigations, environmental sampling, and technical data analysis

Ability to prepare technical reports, regulatory documentation, and compliance submittals

Familiarity with remediation systems, vapor mitigation systems, or environmental engineering design is preferred

40-hour HAZWOPER certification required

Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred; willingness to pursue Professional Engineer (PE) licensure is required

Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record

Strong communication, technical writing, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with GIS or environmental data management software is a plus

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment
