We're partnering with a fast-growing SaaS organization seeking an experienced NetSuite Order-to-Cash (O2C) Technology Lead to own and transform the technology powering its end-to-end revenue lifecycle.

You'll serve as the technical owner of the Order-to-Cash ecosystem, partnering closely with Finance, Accounting, Revenue Operations, Engineering, and executive leadership to design scalable solutions that support continued growth and international expansion.

If you enjoy bridging the gap between Finance operations and enterprise technology--and have deep hands-on NetSuite expertise--this is an opportunity to make a lasting impact.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Own the technology roadmap for the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) ecosystem
  • Design, implement, and optimize scalable Finance technology solutions supporting enterprise growth
  • Lead architecture and integration initiatives across:
    • NetSuite ERP
    • CPQ platforms
    • Billing systems
    • Revenue recognition
    • Collections
    • Financial reporting solutions
  • Evaluate existing Finance systems and recommend enhancements, automation opportunities, and long-term technology strategy
  • Partner with Finance, Accounting, Revenue Operations, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Procurement, Internal Audit, and Engineering teams to improve business processes
  • Drive automation initiatives that improve billing, reconciliations, forecasting, reporting, and operational efficiency
  • Own Finance application governance, security, audit readiness, and compliance initiatives
  • Ensure Finance systems deliver accurate, reliable data to support financial reporting and executive decision-making
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Lead Finance systems projects, integrations, testing strategies, and release management
  • Serve as the primary technology advisor for Finance leadership on systems strategy and future roadmap planning

What We're Looking For Required Experience
  • 10+ years of experience supporting enterprise Finance technology, ERP platforms, or business applications
  • 4+ years of direct ownership of Order-to-Cash (O2C) systems and processes
  • Deep, hands-on experience administering or architecting NetSuite ERP
  • Strong technical expertise across the Quote-to-Cash / Order-to-Cash ecosystem, including:
    • CPQ platforms
    • Billing systems
    • Revenue recognition
    • Collections
    • Financial integrations
  • Experience designing scalable Finance technology solutions while understanding underlying business processes
  • Strong knowledge of Finance data flows between ERP, CRM, billing, and reporting systems
  • Experience integrating enterprise applications using APIs, middleware, or integration platforms
  • Practical experience supporting SOX compliance, IT controls, audit readiness, and Finance system governance
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives involving Finance, Engineering, and business stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and executive audiences

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

  • ERP modernization or transformation initiatives
  • Additional Finance applications such as billing, tax, procurement, or financial management platforms
  • AI-driven automation within Finance operations
  • Enterprise architecture and Finance systems strategy
  • Public company Finance environments
  • High-growth SaaS or technology organizations
  • Product management or Finance systems roadmap ownership

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is someone who:

  • Combines deep NetSuite technical expertise with a strong understanding of Finance operations
  • Can confidently discuss both business processes and system architecture
  • Enjoys solving complex business challenges through technology
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Takes ownership and enjoys building new capabilities from the ground up
  • Balances strategic vision with hands-on execution

Work Environment
  • Hybrid work schedule with regular onsite collaboration in the Boston area
  • Collaborative, cross-functional environment working closely with Finance, Engineering, and executive leadership
  • Opportunity to influence enterprise technology strategy during a period of rapid organizational growth
  • Exposure to large-scale Finance transformation and modernization initiatives

Why Consider This Opportunity?
  • Lead the technology strategy for one of the organization's most critical business functions
  • Build and shape a newly created leadership role with significant visibility and ownership
  • Drive innovation across Finance systems, automation, and enterprise architecture
  • Partner directly with executive leadership on strategic technology initiatives
  • Play a key role in scaling Finance operations for continued domestic and international growth
