Data Center Construction Manager
Lebanon, IL
24-Month Contract
Pay Rate: $70-$75-DOE
Per Diem: #140/a day x 7
Mob/Demob: $1,200/each way
6 Week Rotation: $700
Construction Manager needed for data center construction project in Lebanon, IN for long-term onsite contract.
Responsibilities:
- Provides oversight for project implementation for a large-scale data-center construction projects.
- Oversight of tracking the project against its schedule, reporting status to management and customers on a regular basis, and implementing processes in a timely, cost effective and environmentally conscious manner.
- Manage field personnel to monitor day-to-day activities and provide oversight to Contractor and Subcontractors, identify construction specification errors, assure construction is in accordance with contract specifications and applicable codes, assure safe and efficient work methods are utilized.
- Ensure the execution and practice of all safety policies and procedures by all construction employees and promote safety culture among the ranks throughout the company and project.
- Responsible for communicating safety investigation information to management. Responsible for administering and monitoring safety programs and performing safety assessments.
- Demonstrates understanding of performance measures and utilizes information to improve process (e.g. cost control, scheduling, execution, safety, etc.).
Requirements:
- Experience providing cradle to grave construction management oversight for Data Center or Mission-Critical/Hyperscale construction projects.
- Proven experience with successfully being able to work alongside GC and Owner a must
- Deep understanding of process improvements
